Catalogue

Oples & Bononos will ensure that its catalogue is maintained and out of stock items are promptly displayed. We apologize if your purchase is out of stock and will contact you should this error occur. At that point, you have the option to wait for a new shipment or cancel your pending order.

Oples & Bononos website may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions and/or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order.

Returns and Exchanges

Oples & Bononos wants you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of your item, if you are not satisfied simply return it within 10 days of obtaining the reference number (see below) in its original condition for a full refund to your credit card. You will be refunded the cost of the product only, not the original shipping. Additionally, all shipping to return the product is at the purchasers' expense.

Please contact us at info@oplesandbononos.ca to request a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition. Oples & Bononos will not accept any COD shipping of returns.

Special Orders

There are a number of items in our catalogue that we special order to your specifications. Each order is therefore unique and is made specifically to suit your needs. All special order items cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.
