We often talk about the level of customer service just isn't there these days. The larger chains don't seem to care whether they keep your business or not; making the customer happy just isn't a priority anymore. Knowledgeable sales staff is difficult to find, and how is a first-time parent going to know anything about baby products? I know I didn't.
